Continuing Care

The continuing care program serves those youth caregivers who have completed our middle school program and have moved on to high school. When our youth enter high school, many of their feelings and concerns change.

To help meet their evolving needs, this program offers in-school lunch time groups, out-of-school recreational activities, ongoing CYP support for their caregiving role, academic and personal success, as well as an opportunity to connect with their peers who are caregivers.
